The registration site for the conference will open on December 18, 2019, in order to manage membership applications and dues, which go from January 1 - December 31. Student and limited means members who register by February 5 can take advantage of these opportunities:
1) Volunteer 4 hours onsite and get a reduced registration fee of $70.

2) If you would like to apply for a discounted room, please fill out the form. This scholarship will provide you with 50% of the lodging costs at the AT&T Conference Center. Please note that rooms will be double (or triple, or more) occupancy. Criteria for scholarship recipients include the following: financial need; student member of the planning committee; the cost of travel; presenting at the conference (poster, paper, or other).

Reservations must be received by Feb. 2, 2020 to get the conference rate of $209.00 plus taxes (%) on standard rooms. For disability access, please register early directly with the hotel. A limited number of rooms with two queen beds must be reserved through the hotel’s reservations office by phone.
